Join our team as a Senior Algorithm Developer!

We’re looking for a curious and skilled Senior Algorithm Developer to help us push the boundaries of eye-tracking technology. In this role, you’ll work on real-time algorithm challenges involving computer vision signal processing, machine learning, and large-scale data analysis. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and performance of our technology.

We value deep expertise in algorithm development, a strong foundation in mathematics and physics, and a hands-on mindset. You won’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves and working with our measurement systems when needed.

We’re open to shaping the role around your unique strengths, and we encourage initiative, autonomy, and creativity. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong self-leadership, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a love for solving complex problems.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop advanced optical eye-tracking technology as part of the team.
• Address complex problems involving signal processing, machine learning and calibration of different instruments.
• Work on physiological signal and data processing challenges.
• Implement software solutions to support the development of our eye-tracking technology.

We would like you to have:

• 10+ years of experience in algorithm development.
• PhD or MSc degree in a relevant field.
• Solid professional programming experience, with proficiency in C++. Knowledge of Python/MATLAB /R is a big bonus.
• Knowledge on building/programming accurate measurement systems.
• Experience with algorithms suitable for low-power embedded platforms.
• Experience computing large data sets.
